As a Metro One Security Officer youll play an important role in creating a safe welcoming and professional environment for clients employees and customers.

Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Protect clients employees customers and assets
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor the property and conduct patrols
Identify and report security concerns
Complete accurate incident and activity reports
Support loss prevention and safety procedures
Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
Follow Metro One and client policies including our hands-off policy
Represent Metro One and our clients brand with professionalism

Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
Professional appearance and business-casual attire
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
High school diploma or GED
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
