AMERICAN GUARD SERVICES INC NOW HIRING!
Pay Rate:$22.00/hr
Employment Type:Part-Time & Full-Time
REQUIREMENT:Must have a valid Oregon State DPSST Guard Card

Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers and store staff; provide customer service when needed
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter (conditions vary by site)
- Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Monitor and authorize entrance
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail
- Integrity professionalism and a sharp appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Valid state-issued Guard Card (DPSST)
- Valid state or government-issued ID
- Must be at least 18 years old (or meet state minimum age requirement)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read write speak and understand English well
- Strong customer service skills
Specific Post Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to remain calm in stressful or difficult situations
