Unarmed Security Officer Cruise Operations

American Guard Services (AGS) is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers for Cruise Operations in Miami Florida. We are seeking dependable professional security personnel with strong customer service and communication skills to join our growing team at the cruise terminals.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Sunday through Saturday
• Various shifts available
• Full-time and flexible scheduling opportunities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests staff and visitors
• Monitor access control points and screen authorized personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with cruise passengers
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
• Respond promptly to security concerns and emergencies
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations
• Work collaboratively with terminal staff and management

• Valid Florida Security Guard License (Guard Card)
• Valid TWIC Card
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Previous Cruise Operations Security experience
• Leadership experience
