Position Overview
Miami FL is seeking a diligent and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide a security presence and protect cargo operations at our facility. This is a fulltime hourly position offering a competitive rate of $17 per hour.

• Monitor and control access points to the cargo facility ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises both on foot and in designated vehicles to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents alarms and emergencies following established incident response protocols.
• Document all activities incidents and observations accurately in daily logs and electronic reporting systems.
• Maintain a visible security presence to provide reassurance to employees visitors and contractors.
• Enforce compliance with company policies safety regulations and local state and federal security requirements.
• Communicate effectively with management law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide professional assistance to visitors and staff.
• Support the implementation of safety and security training initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent (formal education not specified).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and reliability.
• Ability to read write and understand English for accurate documentation.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if vehicle patrol is required).
