The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Administrator to help shape and support our enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities across a complex SAP and federal technology this role you will ensure the UiPath platform remains secure scalable highperforming and aligned with organizational automation goals. Youll work closely with SAP functional teams RPA developers data engineers cybersecurity and infrastructure partners to deliver reliable and compliant automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:
As a UiPath Administrator you will:

  • Administer and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator platform including installation configuration upgrades patching and environment support across development test and production.
  • Manage user provisioning access controls authentication and role-based permissions using secure folder structures and organizational policies.
  • Configure and support SSO/LDAP integrations and identity provider workflows to ensure secure and efficient user access.
  • Oversee UiPath license management for Attended/Unattended Robots Orchestrator and Studio including allocation and troubleshooting.
  • Manage robot configurations machine templates credential stores and connectivity across multitenant environments.
  • Monitor platform health including performance logs utilization and job failures; diagnose incidents and coordinate resolution.
  • Support integrations with SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP SAP BTP SAP Fiori SAP SuccessFactors) and other API/cloud data sources.
  • Maintain connectors service accounts credentials and SAP-related access mechanisms to ensure stable and secure automation execution.
  • Develop and enforce governance standards for automation lifecycle management naming conventions documentation security and version control.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to meet security audit backup recovery and continuity requirements.
  • Support the migration of automation assets and packages across environments.
  • Create and maintain SOPs runbooks troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for automation incidents and coordinate with UiPath and SAP Support when necessary.
  • Offer end-user training and support for automation publishing scheduling execution and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams contributing to backlog refinement sprint planning release activities and platform improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze automation performance issues and recommend enhancements for scalability reliability monitoring and orchestration.
  • Support data quality auditability and compliance for automated workflows and intelligent automation solutions.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active U.S. DoD Secret.
  • Ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Software Engineering Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in application administration RPA platform support or intelligent automation system administration.
  • Hands-on experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and supporting UiPath Studio users in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    UiPath Orchestrator configuration and maintenance
    User/security administration
    Robot scheduling monitoring and troubleshooting
    Performance and job execution issue resolution
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP SAP BTP) and SAPintegrated automation.
  • Experience supporting integrations with SAP data sources and enterprise automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with authentication tools such as Okta Active Directory and SSO/LDAP.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of federal IT security standards and the ability to work in classified or controlled environments.


Desired:

  • Experience in DoD federal or highly regulated environments.
  • UiPath certifications (e.g. UiPath Orchestrator Specialist UiPath Automation Developer).
  • Experience with UiPath Integration Service for SAP including SAP GUI automation SAP Fiori automation and SAP BAPI/RFC integration.
  • Experience implementing Okta SSO with UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Background supporting RPA automation in finance supply chain logistics transportation or SAP ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud or hybrid UiPath deployments including UiPath Automation Cloud.
  • Experience with monitoring and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow Splunk etc.).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as SAFe.
  • Experience using UiPath Insights for analytics robot utilization and automation ROI reporting.
