Must-Have Requirements:

- HTML5 CSS3 Responsive Accessibility

- Build tools: Vite Webpack npm / pnpm

- Testing: Jest React Testing Library Cypress Playwright

- Storybook / front-end docs

- Integration with REST APIs & enterprise backends

*Backend & API:*

- REST API design: DTO transformation validation error handling versioning

- OAuth2 / OpenID Connect SSO token exchange flows

- Java testing: JUnit Mockito JaCoCo SonarQube

- Caffeine / in-memory caching

- Maven Docker Kubernetes ownership

*DevOps / Quality / Platform:*

- Git-based workflow fast-paced CI/CD

- SonarQube quality gates

- JFrog Artifactory (or similar)

- Deployment: Harness GitHub Actions Azure DevOps

- Observability: Sentry Datadog RUM

- Enterprise env - security compliance governance

*Leadership & AI-First:*

- Lead technical decisions communicate tradeoffs mentor in Agile Scrum

- Daily use of Claude Code / Copilot / Cursor as core workflow - you must be AI-native

*Nice to Have:*

- Agentic systems: multi-step LLM workflows tool use prompt engineering
