UI Developer (only W2)

Need someone on W2 only

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (Candidates will NOT be interviewed if they do not meet these requirements)

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer

2. . More than 7 years of experience in UI development and patterns (including MVC) with a focus on building complex and scalable applications.

3. More than 7 years of experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript/TypeScript Angular Framework jQuery Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.

Desirable Qualifications
1. 7 years of experience C# to develop/ applications for n-tier web deployment OR experience in Java/Spring Boot to develop/maintain applications for n-tier web/cloud deployment.

2. 7 years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure web-services SOAP/Restful APIs

3. 7 years of experience with Entity Framework

4. 7 years of experience unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit preferred)

5. 5 years of experience with distributed version control systems (e.g. Git)

6. 2 years of experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.

7. 2 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

8. 2 years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA TA SNAP HEAP Fair Hearings Child Support etc. preferred)
