Title: Tutor - Student Support Services (GRANT-FUNDED)

Salary Range:$17.25/hr

Standard Hours:Maximum of 24 hours per week

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the temporary part-time Tutor - Student Support Services is to tutor eligible students in need of remedial work in Math or Math and English.

Job Duties:

Tutor students in Math or Math and English.
Assist in maintaining administrative records and statistics for tutor usage.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adjust tutoring methods based on individual student needs.
Ability to work with students at different learning paces and provide support as needed.
Ability to encourage students to actively participate and reach their learning goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred candidate will be qualified to tutor in both Math and English.
