A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Trusts Estates & Wealth Transfer Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals families fiduciaries and business owners on sophisticated estate planning wealth transfer and trust administration matters.

36 years of trusts & estates estate planning or wealth transfer experience

Experience with estate planning wealth transfer planning trust administration probate matters and estate administration

Experience advising high-net-worth individuals families business owners fiduciaries family offices and charitable organizations preferred

Experience drafting wills trusts powers of attorney gifting strategies wealth transfer vehicles charitable planning documents and related estate planning documents

Experience with gift estate generation-skipping transfer and income tax planning matters preferred

Strong drafting analytical client counseling and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated private client and wealth transfer practice
