Trust & Estates Associate

An established New England trusts and estates law firm is seeking an associate to join its growing practice. You will work directly with clients take on substantive matters and contribute to a practice with opportunities to grow your expertise and responsibility.

• Draft estate planning documents including wills trusts and business succession plans.
• Handle probate guardianship and related trusts and estates matters.
• Support general business and real estate matters as part of a varied practice.
• Work directly with high-net-worth clients and manage substantive responsibilities.
• Contribute to the development of a growing practice group.

• Three to seven years of trusts and estates law experience including substantive drafting across a range of estate planning documents.
• Familiarity with federal estate and gift tax issues.
• Experience with general business or real estate work is also important.
• A JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire bar or a clear path to obtaining it.
• If relocating demonstrated ties to New Hampshire.
• An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.

Base salary is $115000 to $125000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Remote role with Concord New Hampshire as the primary location. Hybrid work in Concord is supported.
