Location: Moorestown New Jersey Primarily on-site in a collaborative office environment with occasional work-from-home flexibility as needed. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy client interaction and working closely with an experienced legal team.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of direct Trusts & Estates experience. Mid-level associates are preferred although more experienced candidates with strong relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Counsel clients on estate planning trusts wills powers of attorney advance healthcare directives and related planning strategies.
- Handle estate and trust administration from initial probate through final distribution.
- Prepare and review estate planning documents and trust administration materials.
- Draft pleadings petitions complaints and other filings related to probate and trust matters.
- Assist with probate guardianship conservatorship and special needs trust proceedings.
- Advise clients regarding wealth preservation tax planning and asset protection strategies.
- Communicate with courts fiduciaries beneficiaries financial institutions and other professionals.
- Manage an independent caseload while collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff.
- Stay current with developments in trust estate probate and tax law.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar licenses.
- 2 years of Trusts & Estates experience (estate planning estate administration probate or related practice).
- Experience drafting estate planning documents and handling estate administration matters.
- Strong legal writing research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Probate litigation or special needs planning experience is a plus.
