About the Team
The Advice Planning & Fiduciary Services Team at Neuberger Wealth is comprised of in-house tax trust and estate attorneys certified financial planners and fiduciary specialists 34 professionals in total. Together the team advises clients on estate planning tax planning life insurance philanthropy and wealth education. Additionally the team caters to the trust administration needs of wealthy families through our internal trust company Neuberger Trust Company which serves as trustee in all 50 states and oversees $17.2B in assets across UHNW and strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities
Advising wealthy clients in all aspects of tax trust and estate planning; pre-liquidity planning; and charitable planning
Supporting advisor teams and portfolio managers by providing subject matter expertise
Collaborating with both internal and external experts including outside attorneys and law firms as well as third-party solution providers such as accounting valuation and life insurance firms and certain family office service providers to deliver tailored comprehensive advice
Leveraging technology to scale and organize advisory delivery
Acting as a thought leader through the publication of articles LinkedIn/social media presence and speaking arrangements
Promoting our internal trust company capabilities full fiduciary and directed trustee services to centers-of-influence in the industry
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in tax trust and estate planning
J.D. required / LL.M. in Taxation a plus with prior work in law and/or wealth management
Proven ability to manage complex high-net-worth relationships with a focus on trust and estate planning
Strong collaborator who works effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Note: the team does not practice law draft legal documents or sell life insurance; candidates should be comfortable operating in an advisory/fiduciary capacity alongside outside counsel and other licensed professionals

The salary range for this role is $220000-$260000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
