CDL B Truck Driver Local 1st Shift Home Daily
We have an immediate opening for our First Shift CDL B Truck Driver position!
Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
NEW HIGHER STARTING RATE!
$29.70 per hour $1000 Sign-On Bonus
BSP Trans Inc. has been providing the Maine New Hampshire and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.
What you will do on a typical shift:
- Operate straight truck and vehicles in accordance with BSP Trans Inc safety procedures and operating standards OSHA DOT local state and federal laws
- Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within the Maine and New Hampshire area in accordance with company standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Deliveries are both commercial and residential
- Effectively communicate with dispatch for route updates stops and delays that are impactful to the daily schedule
What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:
- CDL B license with HazMat you do not have a Hazmat Endorsement we will help you obtain it
- Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL Experience
- Must successfully pass required DOT Drug Test and physical
- Clean Driving and Safety Record
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to exert physical effort in handling (pushing pulling lifting etc.) objects above 75 lbs
