We are seeking a motivated individual committed to a safety-first culture and a strong work ethic. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the tree care industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Committed to a safety culture mindset and lifestyle.
• Can follow instructions and is ready and willing to be trained on all aspects of the tree work industry we will teach you how to safely climb and work in trees.
• Uses all required PPE in accordance with industry standards and company policy and enforces PPE utilization with fellow employees.
• Able and willing to learn and execute all ground-based tree work tasks while being trained to climb trees and operate aerial lifts.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
