Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $95000 - $105000
Incentives: Up to $10000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student loan assistance

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience who is excited about advancing into a leadership role and making a lasting impact on patients and fellow clinicians.
Previous leadership experience is not required. For clinicians with leadership aspirations we offer a structured leadership development program that provides the mentorship training and support needed to build the skills and confidence for long-term success.
In this role you will lead a talented team of outpatient orthopedic professionals while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations mentoring and developing staff fostering a collaborative and positive team culture and driving outstanding patient outcomes. You will ensure every patient receives personalized evidence-based care that promotes optimal function recovery and overall well-being.
