Traveling General Laborer

Are you looking for an opportunity to travel while working on retail remodels new store builds and other hands-on projects SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Traveling General Laborers to join our project teams across multiple states.

No merchandising experience is required. Experience in general labor construction remodeling installation fixture building or other hands-on work is a plus.

As part of this position you must be willing to travel for the duration of each project. Reliable transportation and a smartphone for project communication and reporting are required.

• Work collaboratively with team members and store management
• Assist with retail remodels new store builds resets and installations
• Assemble and disassemble fixtures and shelving
• Move stage and organize materials as needed
• Assist with general construction and installation tasks
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Follow project instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete physically demanding tasks including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Stand walk bend kneel and work for extended periods
• Travel and work overnight shifts as required by the project

• Previous experience in general labor construction remodeling installation merchandising or similar hands-on work is a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to work nights and extended shifts
• Ability to stand and work for 810 hours per shift
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across multiple states
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Personal cell phone and valid email address
