JSET is seeking an experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to lead field execution on data center and industrial construction projects throughout the United States.

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for directing foremen coordinating crews managing daily project execution and ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Superintendents at JSET are hands-on leaders who work directly with field teams subcontractors vendors and project management to drive schedules maintain quality standards and deliver successful project outcomes.

Candidates should be comfortable deploying to project sites for extended assignments and traveling wherever project needs require.

• Lead daily field operations on active construction projects
• Direct foremen technicians and subcontractors throughout project execution
• Establish daily and weekly work plans and priorities
• Coordinate manpower materials equipment and site logistics
• Monitor productivity schedule performance and labor utilization
• Conduct jobsite walks and proactively resolve field issues
• Review drawings specifications and project requirements
• Generate RFIs and support project documentation efforts
• Enforce safety requirements quality standards and company procedures
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and verify work meets project requirements
• Coordinate material deliveries inventory management and tool accountability
• Approve timecards and verify labor reporting accuracy
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution

Successful candidates are typically individuals who enjoy leading people solving field challenges holding teams accountable and taking ownership of project execution in fast-paced construction environments.

• 10 years of electrical industrial controls or construction experience
• 2 years of experience as a Superintendent General Foreman or similar field leadership role
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on active construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and project documentation
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
• Experience with manpower planning scheduling and productivity management
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid drivers license
• Ability and willingness to travel full-time based on project needs

• Experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
• NCCER Certification or State Electrical License
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• Experience with QA/QC programs inspections and commissioning support
