Job Summary
Were hiring for a remote administrative role focused on keeping travel-related tasks client details and planning steps organized from beginning to end.
This position is best suited for someone who likes structure communicates well and enjoys making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Youll work with client information timelines confirmations and digital systems while helping support an efficient planning process.
You do not need a background in travel to be considered. Training is provided.
What This Role Looks Like:
A typical day may include reviewing client details updating trip information checking deadlines following up on outstanding items and making sure records are complete and accurate.
You may also help organize reservation information prepare planning documents communicate updates and assist with general workflow tasks as client plans move forward.
Core Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain client travel information
- Update schedules confirmations and reservation details
- Track deadlines follow-ups and upcoming travel dates
- Assist with documentation and planning records
- Communicate updates and request missing information when needed
- Review details for accuracy and completeness
- Keep digital files and client information organized
- Support the coordination of accommodations transportation and activities
- Follow established processes and workflow systems
- Handle multiple active client files while staying organized

Remote Work and Training:
This position is fully remote and offers scheduling flexibility.
New team members receive guided training on the systems processes and resources used in the role. Ongoing support and mentorship are also available as you gain experience.
There are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue developing your skills over time.
