Job Description

The Travel Specialist will help clients navigate the planning process by researching travel options organizing trip details coordinating reservations and providing ongoing assistance throughout the planning experience.

Responsibilities

Research destinations accommodations transportation activities and travel experiences
Assist clients with selecting travel options based on their preferences and needs
Organize trip information and itinerary details
Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
Communicate with clients regarding travel plans updates and requests
Assist with changes cancellations and itinerary adjustments
Maintain accurate client and reservation information
Provide professional and responsive customer service
Stay informed about destinations travel products and industry updates
