Travel Services Coordinator — Remote

We are seeking organized dependable and detail-oriented individuals interested in working remotely as a Travel Services Coordinator.

In this role youll assist clients with researching organizing and coordinating travel arrangements while ensuring each detail of their trip is accurate and well planned. This position offers flexible scheduling and can be worked around an existing job school schedule family responsibilities or other commitments.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training resources and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist clients with researching travel options based on their needs and preferences
• Coordinate accommodations cruises vacation packages transportation and activities
• Create and organize detailed travel itineraries
• Review reservations and travel details for accuracy
• Communicate with clients through email phone and online platforms
• Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
