Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail oriented Travel Scheduler to assist with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for clients. This role involves researching travel options coordinating schedules maintaining accurate reservation details and communicating with clients and travel partners to help ensure a smooth planning experience.

The ideal candidate is organized dependable comfortable working independently and enjoys helping others plan travel experiences. Training and guidance are provided to help you become familiar with the tools systems and processes used in the role.

Responsibilities include:

Research travel destinations accommodations transportation activities and other travel options

Coordinate travel schedules reservations and itinerary details

Communicate with clients to gather preferences and travel requirements

Maintain accurate client and reservation information

Assist with itinerary updates changes and confirmations

Research options based on client preferences schedules and budgets

Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and partners when needed

Stay organized while managing multiple travel requests and deadlines

Provide timely follow up and support throughout the planning process




Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using computers email online research tools and scheduling systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Professional and customer focused communication style

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Willingness to learn travel booking tools systems and industry processes

Previous travel hospitality customer service administrative or scheduling experience is helpful but not required

Must be authorized to work in the United States
