Travel Reservations Representative

Pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour

Sparta Networking is hiring Travel Reservations Representatives for an on-site customer support team.

In this role youll speak with customers by phone and help them with travel arrangements reservation questions schedule changes and account information. Youll guide customers through their available options and make sure information is entered correctly into the system.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Paid training is provided.

• MondayFriday 9:00 AM4:00 PM
• MondayFriday 3:00 PM10:00 PM
• SaturdayTuesday 9:00 AM6:00 PM

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Help customers make or update travel reservations
• Review available dates times and booking options
• Assist with changes to existing reservations
• Update customer and account information
• Document conversations and booking details accurately
• Explain available services and options
• Answer routine customer questions
• Escalate issues that require additional assistance
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction

Experience in customer service hospitality reservations travel retail sales call centers front desk or office support is helpful but not required.
