Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Reservations Coordinator to assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements.

The position involves helping clients identify suitable travel options maintaining accurate reservation information preparing itineraries and assisting with changes or updates to bookings. Training and ongoing support are provided for candidates who are new to the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research travel options based on client preferences requirements and budgets
  • Assist with accommodations cruises vacation packages transportation and activities
  • Prepare and maintain organized travel itineraries
  • Review reservations and booking details for accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with clients by email phone and online platforms
  • Assist with reservation modifications and other client requests
  • Maintain accurate and organized client and booking records
  • Research destinations travel suppliers and available travel options
  • Complete required training and stay familiar with relevant booking systems and resources
