KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a mixed Med/Surg and Telemetry patient caseload
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
- Administer medications and perform skilled nursing procedures
- Complete accurate EMR documentation and communicate patient status changes
- Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications - current
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation proficiency
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Progressive care or stepdown experience
