The role involves testing real-world travel scenarios evaluating AI-supported tools and providing practical industry feedback.

• Test realistic travel workflows across booking reservations ticketing and hospitality platforms.

• Evaluate AI-supported travel tools using real-world scenarios.

• Identify and document incorrect inefficient or unrealistic system outcomes.

• Provide clear actionable feedback on platform usability and travel operations.

• Suggest improvements based on industry best practices.

• Review itineraries reservations and travel-related workflows for accuracy.

• Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.

• Hands-on experience in travel operations hospitality corporate travel booking or reservations.

• Experience using reservation ticketing or travel management platforms.

• Strong operational judgment and attention to detail.

• Ability to identify workflow issues and explain their practical impact.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with process improvement workflow documentation or digital transformation.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT Claude or other AI tools.
