Job Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve functional abilities enhance independence and achieve optimal quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic activities and rehabilitation programs
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and adaptive techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards
Promote patient safety and quality care outcomes

Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and facility requirements
Must maintain all required credentials and certifications
