Position Title: Travel LPN - Rehab
Location: Newark NY 14513
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/wk.
Pay rate: $45 - $48/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
**Only Traveller (>50 miles) are accepted**
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Y
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Locals accepted - N - must be > 75 miles
Float: Y - Per facility need
Weekend Coverage: EOW
BLS - AHA Required
Ratios: Days - 1:8 Nights - 1:20 Weekends - 1:10
Patient Diagnoses: S/P Orthopedic and cardiac procedures wounds HTN CHF Renal failure
Special Procedures/Unit Details: 41 bed short term rehab unit that specializes in wound care wound vacs IVs PICC lines nephrostomy care
Special Equipment: Wound vacs
Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:10
EPIC RequiredQualifications
Active NY State LPN License required.
BLS required.
Must submit Fingerprint Forms within 48 hrs of signing!!!
Locals Accepted: No - must be greater than 50 miles
First-time travelers accepted.
