Position: Full-Time Executive Housekeeper
Primary Locations: Los Angeles California & Palm Beach Florida (Travel Required)
Additional Travel: New York Hawaii and other domestic and international residences as needed
Schedule: MondayFriday 10:00 AM6:00 PM; Saturdays 10:00 AM2:00 PM (Flexibility Required)
Compensation: Starting at $90000 annually depending on experience plus benefits
Living Arrangements: Private accommodations will always be provided while traveling

A distinguished Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family is seeking an exceptional full-time Executive Housekeeper to maintain multiple luxury residences throughout the year. The primary residences are located in Los Angeles California and Palm Beach Florida with additional travel to properties in New York Hawaii and other destinations as needed.

The ideal candidate is polished proactive discreet highly organized and accustomed to working in fully staffed private residences. This individual should be comfortable traveling with the principals and seamlessly transitioning between multiple homes while maintaining consistency and excellence in every residence.

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping throughout luxury residences maintaining five-star standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean and maintain bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living spaces offices outdoor entertaining areas and specialty rooms.
• Ensure every residence is always guest-ready and impeccably presented.
• Make beds change linens refresh towels and replenish luxury amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning on a scheduled basis including seasonal projects.
• Handle fine laundry ironing steaming folding and wardrobe care with exceptional attention to fabric preservation.
• Organize and maintain closets dressing rooms pantries storage areas and household inventories.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for the principals before and after travel.
• Prepare residences before arrivals and restore homes after departures.
• Coordinate with household staff estate managers vendors and personal assistants to ensure the homes operate seamlessly.
• Assist with special household projects as requested.
• Monitor household supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the family their homes and guests.

This position requires extensive domestic travel between residences throughout the year.

The successful candidate must be comfortable relocating temporarily between the familys homes including:

• Los Angeles California
• Palm Beach Florida
• New York
• Hawaii
• Additional domestic and international destinations as needed

Private living accommodations will always be provided while traveling.

• Minimum of five years of experience working in luxury private homes estates yachts or five-star hotels.
• Previous experience supporting Ultra-High-Net-Worth principals is strongly preferred.
• Experience maintaining multiple residences and adapting to different household environments.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury household care including delicate surfaces antiques artwork fine linens silver marble specialty fabrics and premium appliances.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong laundry and wardrobe management experience.
• Ability to anticipate household needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional polished demeanor with outstanding attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work additional hours when the family is entertaining or traveling.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain strict confidentiality.
