Travel Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking organized personable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Client Services Coordinators. This remote opportunity focuses on assisting clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences while providing excellent service throughout the process.

This is a flexible remote opportunity that can be built around your existing schedule. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training resources and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their preferences needs and budgets
• Coordinate accommodations cruises vacation packages transportation activities and other travel arrangements
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Review reservations and travel details for accuracy
• Assist with reservation updates changes and client questions
• Provide destination information recommendations and helpful travel resources
• Maintain organized records of client requests and booking information
• Stay informed about destinations suppliers promotions and travel options

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating through email phone and online platforms
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow up consistently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to learn new systems and travel resources
