We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to support travel-related projects by providing expert guidance on travel planning customer service booking processes and sales strategies.

• Assist with travel planning and itinerary development.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.

• Review and improve travel booking processes and communication.

• Develop travel scenarios and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques.
