Job Summary
Our growing remote team is looking for Travel Advisors who are enthusiastic about creating great client experiences and helping people navigate the many choices involved in planning travel.
Rather than offering the same solution to every client you will take the time to understand each persons priorities and help identify options that fit their individual needs. From a relaxing resort getaway to a cruise international adventure celebration trip or group vacation you will help coordinate the pieces that bring their plans together.
The role combines client communication research organization and follow-through. Training is provided so travel-industry experience is not necessary for candidates who are motivated to learn.
- Connect with clients to discuss upcoming travel plans and expectations
- Ask questions to identify preferred destinations experiences budgets and priorities
- Research available accommodations cruises packages transportation excursions and other services
- Narrow down options and provide clients with relevant recommendations
- Coordinate selected arrangements and organize reservation information
- Track important dates confirmations payments and other booking details
- Prepare clear and organized information for clients before departure
- Answer questions and communicate updates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
- Provide follow-up service after travel
- Build strong client relationships that can lead to future bookings and referrals
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Enjoys working directly with clients
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills
- Pays close attention to details
- Is comfortable researching and comparing information online
- Can work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision

Experience in customer service hospitality retail administration sales event coordination or another people-focused field is a plus but not a requirement.
