I work primarily with Am Law 50 100 and 200 firms but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms respected regional firms and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

• Defending trucking companies transportation providers commercial carriers and insured businesses.

• Handling commercial vehicle accidents catastrophic injury claims and wrongful death litigation.

• Working with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses.

• Managing discovery depositions motion practice and trial preparation.

• Advising on litigation strategy liability exposure and settlement considerations.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm Id still love to hear from you! Experience from regional and specialized transportation defense firms is valuable.
