The Practice Manager West will drive business growth strengthen client relationships oversee project delivery and lead a high-performing team. This leader will play a key role in implementing the regional growth strategy expanding market share ensuring technical excellence and representing TYLin through industry engagement and thought leadership.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Transportation Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field; professional registration preferred.

• Approximately 20 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector including leadership experience.

• Demonstrated success in business development client relationship management and practice growth.

• Strong operational and financial management skills.

• Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.

• Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills.
