We know that everything is impossibleuntil someone does are seeking an experienced and dependable Transportation Manager to lead the Districts student transportation operations. This position is responsible for overseeing safe efficient and reliable transportation services including bus routing and scheduling staff supervision and training fleet readiness regulatory compliance and daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem-solver who values safety teamwork accountability and excellent service while building positive relationships with employees students families school sites and community partners.
High school diploma or equivalentFive (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in pupil transportation fleet operations school transportation public transportation or a closely related fieldTwo (2) years of supervisory or management experience involving transportation operations or a closely related operational environmentAdditional education training or experience in transportation management business administration public administration logistics fleet management supervision or a related field may be considered in evaluating the required knowledge and experience
