Employment Requirements
At MorseLife the safety and well-being of our residents patients employees and visitors are our top priorities. As part of our pre-employment process all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing:
- A 10-panel pre-employment drug screening.
- A Level 2 background screening in accordance with the requirements of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
- A post-offer physical examination.
- A QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test (or other approved tuberculosis screening as applicable.
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) and any additional pre-employment requirements applicable to the position.
