We are seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent to lead field operations on major energy infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities for transmission lines substations and related infrastructure

Supervise subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedules and contractual requirements

Manage site safety productivity materials and equipment utilization

Coordinate with project management engineering teams and client representatives

Monitor progress through daily reports site documentation and look-ahead planning

Ensure compliance with drawings specifications and quality standards

Support QA/QC processes including inspections testing and system walkdowns

Identify and resolve field issues including change orders and RFIs

Maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and project stakeholders

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in T&D construction including transmission lines and substations

Strong leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors

Knowledge of high-voltage systems structural components and civil foundations

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents

Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Willingness to travel regionally
