111Sign is seeking a detail-oriented Translator/Interpreter to support customer communication translate design proofs and ensure accurate culturally appropriate signage content for multilingual clients. This role involves written translation of documents order forms and sign copy as well as verbal interpretation during phone/video calls with non-English-speaking customers.

• Translate customer orders design proofs and sign text between English and target language(s)
• Interpret conversations between staff and non-English-speaking customers
• Review sign designs for accurate translation grammar and cultural appropriateness
• Assist sales team in communicating pricing order specifications and timelines to customers
• Translate marketing materials website content or customer service scripts
• Identify potential translation errors before signs go to production
• Maintain a glossary of signage/printing terms for consistency
• Support customer service team with multilingual email or chat responses

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g. Spanish Mandarin Vietnamese)
• 1 years of professional translation or interpretation experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
