Location:

Boise Idaho. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with clients and collaborating directly with an experienced legal team.

Note:

Must have an active license to practice law in Idaho a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least 1 years of directly relevant transactional law experience.

Job Description

• Draft review negotiate and revise a wide range of contracts agreements and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on business transactions corporate governance contracts and other commercial legal matters.
• Provide practical strategic legal guidance tailored to each clients business objectives.
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws regulations and legal issues.
• Support business formations transactions and other corporate matters.
• Identify legal risks and develop thoughtful solutions that protect client interests.
• Communicate directly with clients and build trusted long-term professional relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver efficient high-quality legal services.
• Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Idaho.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 1 years of directly relevant transactional law experience.
• Strong experience with contract drafting review and negotiation.
• Knowledge of business law business transactions and corporate governance.
• Strong legal research analytical communication and client counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• High attention to detail sound judgment and a client-service mindset.
