Job Summary
- Accurately populate standardized templates with financial data and keep them current as deals progress.
- Gather and organize documents needed for transaction closings
- Assist with updating trackers checklists and internal databases as deals progress
- Respond to routine internal requests for data or status updates
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required
- 1-2 years experience in real estate or finance a plus
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Effective time management and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship of any kind now or in the future including H-1B TN E-3 and sponsorship for OPT or STEM OPT extensions. Candidates who will require sponsorship at any point in the future will not be considered for this role.
