As the organization continues to grow they are expanding their remote team and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in the Philippines to manage transaction-related administrative processes from contract to closing.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote full-time role for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator based in the Philippines.

The primary focus of this position is managing the administrative process of real estate transactions after a contract has been executed through closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract through closing

- Review transaction files for completeness

- Maintain organized transaction documentation

- Track important contract dates deadlines and contingencies

- Maintain transaction calendars and checklists

- Request and collect required transaction documents

- Follow up on outstanding documents and requirements

- Coordinate with agents buyers sellers lenders title companies escrow companies attorneys inspectors and appraisers

- Monitor transaction progress and identify potential delays

- Communicate transaction updates to relevant parties

- Coordinate inspections appraisals and other transaction milestones when required

- Assist with closing preparation

- Update transaction management systems

- Maintain accurate transaction records

- Escalate issues to the appropriate team member

- Perform other transaction coordination tasks as required

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination real estate administration or a similar role

- Previous experience handling US real estate transactions is strongly preferred

- Understanding of US real estate transaction processes

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines

- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills

- Experience using CRM or transaction management platforms is an advantage

- Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office spreadsheets and online collaboration tools

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Highly dependable proactive and process-oriented

- Comfortable communicating with US-based professionals
