Training & Team Development Coordinator

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building their skills in customer service training mentoring and team development.

In this role you will begin by learning the client side of our business. You will receive training on assisting clients with vacation planning researching options providing customer support using booking systems and tools and developing knowledge of destinations and suppliers.

As you gain experience and become more confident in the business you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities including helping support encourage and mentor others as they complete training and develop their skills.

• Complete provided training and continue developing your knowledge
• Assist clients with researching and planning vacation experiences
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Learn company tools systems suppliers and booking processes
• Communicate with clients and team members
• Stay organized and follow up when needed
• Support and encourage newer team members as you gain experience
• Continue developing leadership communication and mentoring skills

Experience in customer service training coaching leadership mentoring hospitality or sales can be helpful but is not required.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Candidates should have reliable internet access good communication skills and the ability to stay organized while working remotely.
