Training Supervisor

Position SummaryThe Training Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for valet parking team members in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role ensures employees are properly trained in customer service safety hospital standards valet operations and company ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside employees in the field coaching team members identifying training opportunities and helping maintain a consistent exceptional patient and guest ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive training for new valet employees including onboarding orientation and on-the-job training materials procedures checklists and guides related to valet team members on proper vehicle handling safe driving practices traffic flow accident prevention and parking employees understand and follow hospital-specific policies safety protocols customer service expectations and company ongoing coaching and refresher training to existing employees to improve performance and address identified training observations and evaluate employee readiness and with Operations Managers and Supervisors to identify training needs and develop action and track employee training completion certifications and required training initiatives related to customer service professionalism communication conflict resolution and patient and guest employees understand the importance of providing compassionate respectful service to patients visitors and hospital with onboarding and mentoring new employees during their transition into the current on company policies industry best practices and hospital as a positive role model and reinforce a culture of safety teamwork accountability and exceptional school diploma or equivalent valet parking hospitality transportation or customer service experience training coaching supervisory or leadership experience drivers license with an acceptable driving record knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle communication presentation and interpersonal organizational and time-management to lead coach and motivate employees with varying levels of working in a fast-paced customer-focused to work outdoors in various weather to stand and walk for extended to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as business needs RequirementsThis position requires the ability to stand walk and remain active for extended periods. Employees must be able to safely enter and exit vehicles and perform the physical duties associated with valet parking operations.
