Job Summary
Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Training Specialist must possess at least six (6) years of experience in the role supporting successful delivery of complex websites or web-based applications with the following areas of specialty:
Participates in QA testing validating that the requirements are met in the developed website or web-based
application.
Creates end user training resources (videos guides presentations etc.).
Leads delivery of product use education through training sessions and distribution of documentation materials.
Maintains documentation through the project life cycle to ensure an authoritative information source is clearly
defined and accessible.
May serve as a resource during UAT phases to help triage feedback and validate issue responses.
