Position Introduction: Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Training Senior performs call monitoring evaluation feedback and documentation. Performs quality checks and audits of inbound and outbound calls and other electronic contacts to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service. |
