Job Summary
The Network for Professional Education and the Center for Aging &Disability Education & Research (CADER) located at BUs School ofSocial Work develops and delivers a comprehensive array ofhigh-quality training and workforce solutions to support health andsocial service professionals and organizations. Available both onlineand in-person our programs cover a wide range of subject areas andmeet rigorous credentialing requirements for continuing education
credits (CEs).
The Training Program Coordinator is responsible for the success of several key areas of online course delivery for a portfolio of onlineprofessional education courses directly serving approximately 1000 students offered by the Center for Aging and Disability Education andResearch and The Network for Professional Education within the School Of Social Work. Principally this position monitors student performance addresses issues that arise daily in accessing courses and helps students successfully complete the online program; organizes the delivery of the online program creates and updates monthly training reports based on participant progress. This position also organizes the Network of Professional Education webinar series serving as the host and managing its operations for it. Additionally this position helps manage professional accreditation compliance assists in marketing workflows and coordinates fiscal tasks including invoicing and client purchase orders partners.

Associates degree required bachelors degree preferred 1-3 years of experience.
