At INNIOs Product Training Center we help customers channel partners technicians and employees develop the knowledge they need tooperate maintain and support Waukesha gas engines. We are looking for a Training Facilitator - Technical Product Training to join our Waukesha-based team and become an engine subject matter expert. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of a class translating complex technical information into practical learning and helping others master hands-on technical work.

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver mechanical and control system hands-on and classroom training courses for international customers channel partners and INNIO employees in the assigned regions
  • Identify additional training needs through regular consultation with all relevant business areas who are subject matter experts (SME) and build product technical skills for INNIOs Waukesha engine product portfolio
  • Provide leadership for the successful execution of complex training design & development projects based on organizational and individual needs
  • Serve as the focal point and leader to facilitate on-time completion of project deliverables from engineering field service and other areas of the organization
  • Ensure instructor preparedness when new training products are introduced
  • Benchmark internal and external training tools and concepts for the Waukesha engine product portfolio and leverage synergies
  • Evaluate success of training and development programs and help to identify new or additional training needs based on the feedback from stakeholders
  • Work and communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve training related programs processes and procedures

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Organization Development Engineering or related field in training or equivalent experience. (Associate degree in Training or Instructional Design and 2 additional years in delivering training programs).
  • At least 2 years experience in the delivery of technical training.
  • Knowledge of and proficient using tools including e-Learning software Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Documentation Management software
  • Change agent and self-starter that welcomes change and can evaluate initiate and introduce new learning concepts
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and able to co-operate with others at all levels and times demonstrating strong teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow comprehensive process landscapes
  • Experience with facilitating creative learner-centered training materials to include e-learning instructor led material and corresponding training manuals and other virtual training delivery platforms
  • Experience translating technical information into easily understood instructional programs

  • Masters degree in Learning & Development Adult Education or similar degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with technical/industrial machines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop credibility with customers and a strong customer service mindset
  • Able to work in a team and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in gas compression oil and gas power generation industries

Additional Details:

  • Location:Waukesha WI
  • Work Schedule:Onsite 5 days per week
  • Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international; role requires a valid drivers license and passport.
