HIRING RANGE: $2944.80 - $3558.40 bi-weekly

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning developing implementing and administering the Citys training development and wellbeing initiatives including onboarding engagement wellness and recognition programming utilizing adult learning principles and best practice training methods.
We are looking for someone eager to build relationships identify training growth opportunities for the City and collaborate with a variety of people both internally and externally. This position plays a key role in creating a positive employee experience and strengthening engagement for the City of Sioux Falls. They would be required to develop and organize a variety of programs to support and encourage growth for City employees and supervisors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in human resource management instructional design business or public administration or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience; or any such combination of education experience and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
Possession of a valid drivers license is desirable.
