Develop coordinate promote coach and train Operational Excellence workshops for all leadership levels in both the classroom and the workplace. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesAid in the design creation of workshops in line with Operational Excellence & the JCB Production SystemPrepare plan and organise workshopsLead and deliver Operational Excellence workshops to all leadership levelsDevelop Operational Excellence expertise by supporting divisional leadership levels to apply and execute JCB Production System principles and tools Train and support Continuous Improvement events within the Business unit Function as an advocate of Operational Excellence & the JCB Production System acting as a mentor coach leader champion and practitionerPrioritise safety and quality in executing assigned duties and communicate the Operational Excellence principles & standardsContinuously improving skills and knowledge in Operational Excellence & the JCB Production System tools techniques & standardsSupport and actively coach the other members of the teamMaintain workplace in line with the JCB Production System standardsMonitor and measure as part of continuous improvement all activitiesMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing production assembly or industrial environmentMinimum of 1-2 years of experience performing production tasks at or above established quality and productivity standardsPreferred Qualifications5 years of manufacturing experience. Experience leading continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing 5S or Kaizen initiatives. Experience training employees across multiple production areas or workstations. Experience conducting skills assessments and training experience training coaching mentoring or onboarding employees Knowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesPassionate about implementing change to improve JCBStrong communication and training skillsAbility to present to all levels of the organisationGood coaching skills to motivate a team to achieve resultsGood understanding of the Operation Excellence principalsGood understanding of Operational Excellence systems tools & techniquese.g. 5S Kaizen Standard Work Work & Waste Visual Management Area Patrol Problem solving to plan organise and manage Continuous Improvement eventsHands-on experience of manufacturing techniquesComputer literate in Microsoft Office toolsJob ConditionsOffice Classroom and shop floor to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
