Trade & Logistics Associate- Bilingual (Korean English)

We are seeking a Trade & Logistics Associate to support our Atlanta offices resident representative across trading and logistics operations.

This role will work closely with the resident representative on day-to-day business execution and serve as a key point of contact for coordination and reporting with HQ in Korea.

Responsibilities

• Support trading operations including order processing documentation and shipment coordination
• Manage logistics-related tasks: import/export processing customs documentation inventory and delivery tracking
• Prepare and submit regular reports to HQ (Korea) in Korean
• Collaborate with HQ departments and local partners/vendors to ensure smooth business operations
• Provide general operational support to the resident representative as needed

Qualifications :

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in trading logistics or supply chain operations
• Fluent Korean language skills (speaking and writing) for HQ reporting and communication
• Business-level English proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Prior experience working with Korean HQ/affiliate companies
• Background in international trade documentation (L/C B/L customs etc.)
