Apples Global Trade Compliance team is looking for a highly motivated Trade Compliance Analyst to actively support Apples Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) and vendor management programs. Your integrity high degree of ownership can-do thinking focused partnership and dedication to excellence will bring value to our team.n

Conduct audits of FTZ estimates admissions and weekly customs entriesnManage and monitor external partners including weekly meetings compliance requests shipment validations etcnMonitor measure and develop reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)nEvaluate new government requirements and partner with regional teams to ensure import compliancenEnsure legal regulatory compliance with all aspects of FTZ operationsnManage system related issues and root cause analysisnLead classification specific projects as assignednManage and present metrics to management teamnConduct desk verifications and on-site audits with external partnersnCreate and maintain process and proceduresnCraft effective and clear communication with stakeholders (emails Presentations etc.)n

6 years of experience in import customs compliance roles at a professional services or Fortune 500 company nBA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experiencen

Knowledge of US Customs programs including Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders and PGAs (e.g. FDA EPA.)nLicensed Customs BrokernFTZ Audit program managementnProficiency with MS Office and SAP-GTSnExcellent project management skillsnData management KPIs metrics development and managementnAdvanced FTZ experience and managing external partnersnMasters and/or JD degree is a plusn
